How do I know what size Hipe Clothing jumper or t-shirt to order?Refer to the Hipe Clothing sizing guide.
Payment
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Shipping/Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?We ship globally via the Royal Mail Postal Service. Please add your item to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping options and prices will become available before you finalise your order.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery within the UK is by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (signed for) please allow 2-3 working days. European and International delivery is by Royal Mail International (signed for) please allow 5-7 working days.
Returns
What is your returns policy?If you are not happy with the products you have received from Hipe Clothing you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that Hipe Clothing products leave in perfect condition, the customer must notify the postman/carrier of even the slightest trace of damage (signs of crushing, tears holes etc.) to the package or packages and refuse delivery if necessary. A new identical product will then be sent out at no additional charge.
You will need to contact info@hipeclothing.com before sending any returns.
Any returned products must be sent with a trackable insured postal service, ensuring that they are well packaged so they are not damaged in transit. We will only accept Hipe Clothing products returned in their original, sellable condition.
All items must be returned in their original garment bag. We will be unable to accept the return of any Hipe Clothing products that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or in any way differ from their original condition.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
Once items have been accepted we will offer a full refund, although this will not include the cost of the original postage and packing.
Hipe Clothing are unable to assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.
